ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering Zoho-based implementation projects ensuring successful delivery quality timelines and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of Zoho implementation and customization projects (Zoho CRM Zoho One Zoho People Zoho Books Zoho Analytics etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Zoho system configurations and solutions.
Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables in coordination with clients and internal teams.
Create and maintain detailed project plans schedules and progress/status reports.
Coordinate between clients Zoho consultants developers and internal departments.
Monitor project progress risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Lead client meetings prepare MOMs and manage ongoing client communications.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation approvals and impact analysis.
Oversee UAT go-live activities and post-go-live support handover.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company delivery processes.
Preferred (Plus):
Zoho certifications (CRM Creator People etc.).
PMP or similar project management certification.
Experience with ERP CRM HR or Accounting systems
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software or systems implementation company.
Proven experience in managing Zoho projects or similar business systems (CRM ERP HR Accounting systems).
Strong understanding of SDLC and system implementation life cycle.
Excellent leadership organization and communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
