ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on offshore electrical systems (motors generators transformers switchboards VFDs relays lighting).
Diagnose and repair faults in power distribution control systems and instrumentation.
Install test and commission new electrical systems and equipment following offshore standards.
Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) and HSE protocols.
Conduct risk assessments and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and reports.
Support project teams in electrical design modifications and upgrades.
Adhere to IEC NEC and Qatar Q-CERT offshore safety standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years offshore experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of power distribution circuit breakers transformers PLCs and instrumentation.
Certifications: HV/LV Electrical Safety CompEx (preferred) IRATA awareness (if rope access involved).
Familiarity with offshore safety standards and PTW systems.
