Digital SalesRepresentative (Mid-Market)

Job Profile:

Responsible for Sales leveraging digital media and mostly remote customer engagement to new customers in the Corporate Segment. They build and manage pipeline of Cloud opportunities and deliver incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling efforts. Care about the customer adoption and consumption of SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experience teaming with Digital HUB services and partners capabilities.
  • Connect mostly digitally with customers and prospects to drive sales leveraging SAPs Social Digital and content tools.
  • End-to-end responsibility for generating revenue for a set of assigned accounts including territory planning pipeline development and deal progress to closure.
  • Collaborate with extended team of resources to assure successful territory management
    • With Marketing to cover the market and build a healthy pipeline
    • With Digital Solution Advisory to deliver customer outstanding experience and
    • With Partners to increase coverage and value selling
  • Extensive use of cutting-edge Digital/AI Technologies to ensure compelling customer interactions.
  • Sales Execution through effective Territory/ Account Management and Franchise Sales Process.
  • Pipeline Management - Demand generation planning and execution to ensure coverage collaborating with key stakeholders including GB/region marketing solution marketing Partner/Channel management and others as required.
  • Proactive Self Development through solution certifications on-job coaching improve her/his sales skills along various dimensions as defined in the SAP Commercial Sales STEP framework. DSE is fully aware and engaged in the STEP program and progressing thru the middle to end of the program Levels 3 to 6 expanding on their sales skills.



Experience & Language Requirements:

    • At least 3 years experience in Digital Sales environment as a Prime Quota carrier.
    • Knowing or having successful experience in multi-channel go to market models
    • Knowledge and understanding of Indirect channel dynamics
    • Knowledge of ERP market
    • Familiarity of the Mid-Market segment preferred
    • Languages English Arabic.
