ملخص الوظيفة
- Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Help organize and facilitate new hire onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support the planning of employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Assist with preparing HR documents such as offer letters and employment contracts
- Participate in HR meetings and take notes as needed
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with process improvements
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Previous internship or office experience is a plus but not required
