Job Description
Minimum Work Experience Required 3 years of relevant experience
The Employee Relations Coordinator provides comprehensive HR services throughout the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. The focuses on delivering end-to-end employee support services including documentation preparation filing systems management and administrative coordination across all phases of employment. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure seamless employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure all required documentation is completed
• Coordinate new employee onboarding processes and orientation programs
•Process employment status changes notification letters including promotions transfers and role modifications
•Prepare various employment letters required by employees
•Assist with leave administration including vacation requests sick leave and special leave arrangements
• Coordinate comprehensive employee separation processes for resignations terminations and retirements
• Maintain comprehensive employee personnel files in both physical and digital formats
• Ensure all employee documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage document retention schedules and archiving processes
• Assist with benefits enrollment changes and claims processing throughout employment tenure
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the employee relations function
• Assist with special projects including system implementations and process redesigns
• Handle confidential document management with appropriate security measures
