PQCS

Project Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS) will oversee and enforce quality assurance and control measures on all civil structural architectural and MEP works related to the stadium construction. The PQCS ensures compliance with project specifications international standards client requirements and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement monitor and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements in coordination with the QA/QC Manager.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits across various construction disciplines (civil structural MEP and finishes).

• Coordinate with consultants clients and subcontractors to ensure all inspections and testing requirements are met.

• Review material submittals method statements and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.

• Supervise and document site quality control activities including concrete works steel erection waterproofing faade works stadium seating systems MEP systems etc.

• Ensure non-conformance reports (NCRs) are raised tracked and closed out with proper corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor laboratory testing ensure test reports are accurate and compliant.

• Assist in handover documentation O&M manuals as-built drawings and quality dossiers.

• Liaise with the Safety Planning and Construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g. ISO 9001 IRCA Lead Auditor) is a plus.

• Familiarity with FIFA AFC or Olympic stadium standards is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of international codes (ACI ASTM BS ASHRAE etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and QA/QC software (e.g. Aconex Procore).

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.

• Good communication skills to interact with multi-disciplinary teams.
