Role Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency by providing accurate timely and advanced transactional support and solutions for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 cases. This role acts as the primary point of contact for employees and managers at Haleon delivering comprehensive advisory services and coaching across the entire employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with People Experience Partner(s) HR Business Partners (HRBPs) cross-functional HR teams and business stakeholders to drive local HR compliance promote self-service and uphold high standards of HR services and customer satisfaction while facilitating effective resolution of escalated issues. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR operational activities such as workforce management and benefits administration enhancing managerial capability and supporting local employee experience initiatives. As a member of the People Services organization you will also identify opportunities for HR process improvement serve as an escalation point for complex HR operational matters contribute to ongoing HR Transformation initiatives and partner with global teams to ensure process standardization and maintain the integrity of employee data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employees and managers across full employee lifecycle providing advisory (how do I) and coaching support on HR procedures (process & policy) covering key complex processes and acting as an initial point of contact for queries coming via cases (ServiceNow) live chat email and provide end-to-end navigation support and resolution.

  • Management of Tier 1 and Tier 2 cases and transactions in ServiceNow and Workday; acting as the single point of contact for the business and escalating to Tier 3 SMEs 3rd Party HR service providers & CoEs as necessary to ensure timely resolution to meet agreed service level agreements and ensuring accurate employee file management per local regulations.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People Services processes Haleon policies and service delivery through proactive feedback and participation in optimization and automation initiatives.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with employees managers Tier 3 Specialists People Experience Partners HRBPs and other stakeholders throughout the case resolution process.

  • Stay updated on relevant People Services policies procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and up-to-date support for employees and compliance with standards.

  • Perform Audits (peer reviews) aligned with the Quality Framework designed for the location ensuring service quality and identifying areas for improvement in processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (e.g. Reward CoE People Services) to support operational actions related to compensation benefits and the annual reward cycle while identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical:

  • Data Management Strong knowledge and understanding of complex employee data management processes including data maintenance and validation.

  • HR Process Expertise Deep understanding of HR policies procedures and regulatory & data requirements with the ability to adapt global policies locally.

  • HR Technology High proficiency in Workday ServiceNow and HR technology with the ability to leverage tools for enhanced service delivery.

  • Stakeholder Management Skilled in building relationships with HR stakeholders managers and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business needs.

  • Continuous Improvement Focused on streamlining and optimize HR processes to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting Proficiency in analyzing engagement data metrics and HR analytics to provide insights inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR programs.

Behavioral:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic) capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively assist employees.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR issues adapt to changing needs with an emphasis on effective time management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills adept at engaging and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in human resources business administration or similar field

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
