Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary:
The Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of project and office activities in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
Maintain records correspondence and documentation accurately
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Support HR procurement and project teams with administrative tasks
Prepare reports schedules and official communications as required
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of administrative experience preferably in projects or corporate environments
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong organizational communication and MS Office skills
