Role Summary
This role is primarily focused on outbound prospecting lead generation and lead qualification for our SaaS solution. The SDR is responsible for creating sales opportunities and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive / Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients for our SaaS / software solutions
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls emails LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify prospects and assess whether they are a good fit
- Clearly explain our products and services to prospects
- Schedule product demos or meetings for the Account Executive / Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Sales Development Inside Sales or B2B Sales (SaaS/ IT /Software preferred)
- Background or working knowledge of SaaS or IT solutions
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Based in Egypt
