Job Title: Corporate Payments Product & Business Development Specialist
Term: 12 months

Relevant experience: 7 years
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven exposure to Mastercard ICCP ICMP SmartData.
- Solid analytical and portfolio-management skills with measurable success in driving GDV and revenue growth
Purpose of the Project:
To accelerate the growth and innovation of clients Corporate & SME Cards portfolio through Mastercard commercial payment solutions In Control for Commercial Payments (ICCP) In Control for Mobile Payments (ICMP) SmartData ERPs integrations C2A solutions etc.
The role blends: 1) product management and 2) business development focusing on virtual-card adoption and portfolio growth (GDV active usage and customer acquisition).
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Product Management:
- Manage end-to-end continuous corporate cards payment solutions product development including testing implementation and client enablement.
- Oversee ICCP ICMP APIs Batch payments ERPs and expense-management integrations to streamline client payment automation.
- Collaborate closely with Mastercard IT and Banks internal stakeholders to deliver compliant scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Prepare business cases market insights and progress reports for senior management
Business Development:
- Identify and convert business opportunities to achieve GDV growth KPIs portfolio penetration and revenue targets.
- Drive commercialization and client adoption of Mastercard corporate payment solutions (ICCP ICMP SmartData).
- Lead high-impact presentations and business reviews with C-level executives at key corporate clients.
- Support RM teams with technical and commercial proposals for large corporate or institutional clients.
- Act as Corporate Cards RM for key accounts own corporate cards portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have criteria:
- Proven exposure to Mastercard ICCP ICMP SmartData.
- Solid analytical and portfolio-management skills with measurable success in driving GDV and revenue growth
- Excellent presentation communication and negotiation skills comfortable engaging at C-suite level
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Nice to have criteria:
- GCC experience in a large bank handling Corporate Payment Solutions
- Bachelors degree
- 7 years of experience in corporate/commercial card products.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across business operations IT and external partners.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic as a plus not mandatory
- Experience with TSYS Prime
