About the Client / Industry
Our client operates within the manufacturing and industrial sector supporting large-scale operations with a strong focus on efficiency financial discipline and sustainable growth. The organization is committed to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across its financial and operational functions.
Role Scope
The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning forecasting and performance analysis activities. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can translate financial data into meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analyses against budgets and forecasts
Develop financial models reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
Assist with monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and business performance
Provide analytical support for business initiatives and operational improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
25 years of experience in FP&A financial analysis or a related role (manufacturing experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
