Job Description
Overview
The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day management of road construction activities ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Your role
- Manage site teams contractors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans and resource allocations.
- Review design documents technical submissions and material approvals.
- Oversee roadworks (earthworks pavement asphalt utilities drainage).
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and environmental standards.
- Prepare project progress reports and manage client communication.
- Identify risks delays and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with planning QA/QC HSE and procurement teams.
About you
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
- 1215 years experience in road/highway project management.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Good understanding of road construction techniques and standards.
