Job Title: Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations ensuring the reliability safety and efficiency of equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs and work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth operational performance.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for all machinery and equipment.
Supervise daily maintenance activities ensuring timely response to breakdowns and minimal downtime.
Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure appropriate training and performance management.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and procurement of technical supplies.
Coordinate with production safety and quality departments to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities asset history and work orders using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Plan and execute shutdown maintenance and large-scale equipment overhauls.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and health & safety regulations.
Evaluate maintenance performance using KPIs and suggest improvement initiatives.
Liaise with OEMs and external service providers for specialized repair and maintenance tasks.
Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related Engineering field.
Certifications in Maintenance Management or TPM/Lean preferred.
Skills Required
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled machines HVAC systems or facility utilities (depending on industry).
Proficiency in using CMMS and MS Office tools.
Excellent team leadership and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure.
Knowledge of health safety and environmental compliance requirements.
