Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial management of our Talent Management business. The role involves driving profitability optimizing cash flow enforcing financial discipline and supporting business growth through strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Profitability
- Lead budgeting forecasting and financial performance analysis financial reporting MIS reporting and driving revenue growth and cost control.
- Monitor and improve net profit margins through structured cost optimization and disciplined financial governance and project due diligence.
- Oversee WIP tracking revenue realization and cash cycle management.
Payroll Cost & Procurement Controls
- Manage payroll and overtime controls reducing leakage and unbilled costs.
- Implement structured procurement processes negotiate vendor agreements and monitor cost variances.
- Resolve billing disputes related to attendance overtime and contractual terms within defined timelines.
Client Billing & Collections
- Ensure accurate timely invoicing and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
- Oversee accounts receivable and collections strengthening cash flow and client relationships.
Business Support & Strategic Contribution
- Provide financial analysis for new contracts renewals and tenders ensuring sustainable margins.
- Collaborate with operations and business development teams for cost-effective manpower deployment and project support.
- Collaborate with partners and joint ventures to support large-scale tenders and projects where standalone capacity is limited.
- Support competitive and sustainable pricing strategies contributing to successful contract awards and revenue growth.
- Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Lead Pricing and costing for submission to client.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives in payroll billing and reporting processes.
Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead and mentor finance accounting and payroll teams improving capabilities efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls statutory compliance and timely financial reporting.
- Improve ICV and compliance scores to enhance competitiveness in client tenders and regulatory alignment.
- Finalise Financial reporting for group companies and liaise with Internal and external auditors for smooth conclusion of the audit.
- Define and monitor individual KPIs linked to revenue margin protection billing accuracy and collections.
- Work closely with operations HR and business development teams to support manpower planning deployment decisions and cost control.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters in Finance Accounting or related field; professional qualification (CA/CPA/CMA) preferred.
- 10 years of experience in finance management preferably in talent management service operations or manpower outsourcing Projects.
- Strong analytical financial modelling and commercial acumen.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
