Overview

Our Strategic Advisory team requires a qualified and experienced consultant to join us at our Global Technology Center based out of India. The successful candidate will have proven experience in Strategy and Management Consulting services on large-scale projects and ideally in KSA UAE and the wider Middle East region. The role will require experience in strategy and management consulting and exposure to sectors such as Real estate Transport Master planning and Infrastructure development.

You will work collaboratively with a range of development authorities key stakeholders in the public and private sectors and business leadership in the residential commercial and industrial real estate sectors. The right candidate will be based in Riyadh but will be required to work across the broader Middle East.

Your role

• Support client engagements through preparation of presentations reports and supporting analyses.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops as required supporting senior team members with materials and analysis.
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams (e.g. planning engineering digital sustainability) to support integrated advisory outputs.
• Work within both traditional and agile project environments with a high degree of ambiguity and a track record of high-quality delivery.
• Support the delivery of management consulting and strategic advisory engagements under the guidance of project managers and senior consultants.
• Ensure accuracy consistency and quality of analytical outputs and written deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of corporate portfolio and asset-level strategies through structured analysis research and documentation.
• Assist in problem structuring hypothesis development and synthesis of findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support strategy development initiatives across sectors including real estate infrastructure transport utilities and government.
• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis including financial analysis benchmarking market sizing and scenario assessment.
• Assist in developing benchmarking frameworks data collection templates and comparative analyses.
• Support business model assessments and benchmarking exercises comparing delivery and operating models revenue models cost structures and operating metrics against regional and international comparators.
• Support preparation of business cases across different delivery and ownership models (e.g. traditional procurement PPP) including affordability valueformoney and risk considerations.
• Assist in developing and reviewing financial models dashboards and analytical outputs using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Support translation of benchmarking insights into strategic implications for clients.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to assess market trends demand drivers competitive landscapes and regulatory environments across KSA UAE and the wider Middle East.
• Compile and analyse data from multiple sources to support market assessments feasibility studies and strategic reviews.
• Support the preparation of market reports sector insights and research notes ensuring outputs are clear concise and wellstructured.
• Contribute written inputs to internal research client deliverables and thought leadership materials.
• Contribute to proposal development by preparing research inputs analytical sections and supporting materials.
• Support business development activities through market and client research and opportunity assessments.
• Assist with the development of internal knowledge assets methodologies and reusable tools.

About you

• A Masters degree (e.g. MSc MEng MA or MBA) in Strategy Economics Finance Business Analytics Public Policy or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Relevant Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering Finance Economics or Business is required.
• Relevant industry specific certifications and membership to regional and global professional associations is desirable.
• Relevant experience: 3-5 years.
• A combination of experience in strategy and management consulting for the built environment programme and portfolio management market research real estate and financial analysis.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and reporting writing skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent understanding of MS Excel and financial modelling.
• Exposure to Power BI and project reporting tools is preferrable.
• Ability to analyze data and deliver insightful practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of presenting detailed subject matter to a variety of stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to interact with regulatory agencies stakeholders and clients while developing effective teamwork relationships.
• Fluency in written and spoken English Arabic would be an added advantage
• Willing to travel within KSA and the GCC region.
• Strong report writing verbal and presentation skills and able to review the work of others to ensure quality.
• Able to prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexible adaptable and prepared to take on new challenges and work from other AtkinsRéalis or client office locations.
• Highly self-motivated possessing strong enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes.
