Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Architecture:
- Design and maintain IT infrastructure including servers storage networking and cloud platforms.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions are reliable scalable and aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades migrations and new deployments.
- Recommend improvements to enhance performance reduce complexity and increase efficiency.
Capacity Management:
- Monitor system usage and performance to identify current and future capacity needs.
- Forecast resource requirements based on business growth and usage trends.
- Work with teams to plan infrastructure scaling and avoid performance bottlenecks.
- Provide regular reports and insights on capacity status risks and recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud environments).
- Working knowledge of capacity planning and performance monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
