Black & Grey HR is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives for a leading technology solutions and services provider in Doha Qatar. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities building long-term client relationships and positioning the organization as a trusted technology partner for major events and organizations. The Sales Manager will play a key role in achieving sustainable growth and strengthening market leadership by aligning client needs with innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational vision and business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new markets and opportunities for IT solutions in the sports and entertainment sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting lead generation and successful deal closures.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies continuously.
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management for effective positioning.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support sales initiatives through campaigns and enablement materials.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Professional certifications in Sales Management or IT Solutions (e.g. Certified Sales Professional ITIL or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot along with sales analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of IT solution architecture SaaS models and system integration concepts.
- Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value propositions.
- Advanced skills in proposal development RFP responses and high-impact presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
