Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimising digital campaigns to generate quality leads improve brand visibility and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Meta (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn and property portals
Generate and optimize real estate leads (sales & leasing)
Manage social media accounts and paid ads
Create and optimize content for websites landing pages and listings
Monitor campaign performance analytics and ROI
Coordinate with sales team to improve lead conversion
Manage SEO SEM and email marketing campaigns

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
24 years of digital marketing experience (real estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads SEO and analytics tools
Experience with CRM and lead management systems
Strong communication and analytical skills

Required Skills:

Experience with property portals (Property Finder Bayut etc.) Knowledge of real estate market trends Graphic/video content tools (Canva Adobe etc.)

Required Education:
