We are looking for a high-performing Senior Associate to join our Bid Management team for Managed Services in Egypt. This is a critical role that blends corporate services domain knowledge (F&A HR Procurement) and Technology with bid management solutioning and innovative proposition design expertise.You will work on shared services GBS and managed services engagements supporting pre-sales activities by crafting high-quality proposals solution narratives storyboards value propositions and pitch materials while collaborating closely with solution architects delivery teams and business stakeholders.
Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing) is mandatory for this role as you will work on bilingual documentation and client-facing materials.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Solutioning Storyboarding & Value Proposition Design
Support solutioning for enterprise clients across corporate services domains particularly Finance & Accounting (F&A) Human Resources (HR) and Procurement along with Technology
Translate client pain points into compelling solution narratives and value propositions.
Develop storyboards to structure pursuit messaging and ensure flow of ideas aligns with client priorities.
Define and highlight unique selling points (USPs) and differentiators that set PwCs managed services apart.
Create innovative out-of-the-box proposals and frameworks that showcase PwCs thought leadership.
Solutioning Storyboarding & Value Proposition Design

Pitch Development & Client Engagement
Shape and structure client-facing pitch materials to effectively communicate solution value and business impact.
Partner with leadership to design storytelling approaches that resonate with client needs.
Contribute to orals coaching pursuit readiness and differentiator messaging.
Language and Localization
Create and refine Arabic-language content for client submissions and local engagements.
Review and translate proposal materials and pitch content between English and Arabic as needed.
Ensure cultural and contextual alignment with Egypt-based and broader Middle East clients.
Expected Skills:

Strong exposure to shared services GBS or managed services environments.
Understanding of corporate functions & technology from a service delivery or transformation standpoint.
Proven experience creating proposals propositions storyboards PoVs orals decks and pursuit content.
Strong solutioning and storytelling skills ability to translate technical solutions into business value narratives value propositions and USPs.
Ability to distill complex ideas into compelling storyboards and pursuit narratives.
Creative thinker with the ability to design out-of-the-box proposals and differentiators.
Excellent communication project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented highly organized and able to work independently under pressure.
Required Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (read/write) and English professional business writing and content development in both languages is essential.
