This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to develop and implement effective communication strategies that elevate our brand and drive tourism growth in this unique location.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication campaigns aligned with our organizations goals and AlUlas unique cultural offerings
- Create compelling content for various platforms including website social media brochures and press releases
- Manage and optimize our digital presence including social media channels and website content
- Coordinate with PR teams to organize media visits influencer collaborations and press events
- Collaborate with local tourism boards cultural institutions and stakeholders to promote AlUlas attractions
- Analyze campaign performance marketing ROI and social media engagement to inform future strategies
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and accurately represent AlUlas rich heritage
- Support the organization and promotion of cultural events exhibitions and seasonal tourism campaigns
- Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Stay updated on Saudi Arabian tourism trends and incorporate them into marketing initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing communications or brand management preferably in tourism or cultural sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and proven experience in social media management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of branding and visual aesthetics
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian culture and the local marketing landscape
- Familiarity with tourism and hospitality industry trends particularly in cultural and heritage tourism
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours as required by events and campaigns
- Passion for promoting cultural heritage and creating impactful storytelling
