We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Dammam Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in conducting land surveys collecting and analyzing data and preparing accurate reports for various projects in the region.
- Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
- Collect analyze and interpret survey data to create detailed maps plans and reports
- Utilize GIS software to manage and process spatial data
- Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines
- Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals on construction and development projects
- Ensure compliance with local land laws regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders
- Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Surveying Geomatics Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional certification from a recognized institution (e.g. RICS) is advantageous
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying or a related field
- Previous experience in the Middle East region is highly desirable
- Proficiency in surveying equipment GIS software and CAD applications
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients team members and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques land laws and industry standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in various outdoor conditions
- Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging terrains when required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region as needed
