ملخص الوظيفة
- Assist the Banquet Manager in supervising daytoday banquet operations.
- Lead guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver excellent service during events.
- Coordinate event setups according to function sheets and client specifications.
- Ensure timely preparation smooth service flow and professional guest interaction.
- Conduct preevent briefings and ensure staff are wellprepared and properly assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness organization and safety standards in all banquet areas.
- Support inventory control of equipment supplies and operating materials.
- Collaborate with the Culinary Events and Service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all banquet setups and services follow hotel standards and brand guidelines.
- Assist in training new team members and monitoring performance.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Banquets or F&B operations (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong leadership communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and guestfocused approach.
