Job Title: Executive Assistant
Reports to: Director
Functional Area: Legal & Compliance
Overview: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing personal administrative support and assistance to the department director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents
- Design and maintain databases
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain executives schedules appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Monitor screen respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients
- Coordinate project-based work
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Supervise coach and train lower level staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in relevant field or Secretarial qualifications
- Gender and Nationality Requirement: Male / Arabic National
- Over 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Good Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent English and Arabic are required
