Role: Experience Design Consultant - Middle East
Location: UAE or The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Reports to: VP Creative Services

The Experience Design Consultant - Middle East will support Disguises plans to expand our footprint in the Middle East with a specific focus on Saudi Arabia. This role will report to the VP of Creative Services but will support the Director of Innovation and the local Disguise Sales Manager in the sales phase technical conceptualisation design and scoping of complex projects including large scale immersive particular they will support the team of Disguise internal stakeholders and strategic external partners in helping clients refine their project vision in the market during early-stage ideation. Helping clients and prospects to understand the art of the possible.

They will be able to operate independently and with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us succeed in this marketing but equally are an excellent communicator and collaborator so that internal London-based stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead visionary creative strategies pitching concepts to C-suite executives clients and stakeholders while turning ambiguous business needs into actionable production roadmaps.
• Elevate creative quality across project phases by advising design content and technical teams on workflow strategies that preserve artistic intent and ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with sales project management and global teams to ideate present awe-inspiring concepts ensure brand-aligned outputs and exceed client expectations for repeat business.
• Drive expansion into Middle East markets while staying ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong strategic thinking to distill business requirements into executable creative strategies with commercial acumen for budget management and resource allocation.
• 10 years in creative services including leadership in immersive experiences virtual production or live events; expertise in 2D/3D workflows media servers
• Proven Director Head of or Executive-level experience leading global creative studios scaling operations from real-time to pre-rendered content with 5-10 years in senior roles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-suite pitches client management and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced international environments with travel flexibility.
• Knowledge of real-time rendering technologies video processing and networking solutions.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs.
• Independent and entrepreneurial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams including technicians engineers project managers and creative professionals.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in or on projects in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia is preferable)
• Background in experiential design live events themed entertainment or theatrical production with deep knowledge of real-time technologies.
• Strong technical background in immersive technologies live events technology projection or similar large-scale technical projects from concept to completion.
• Arabic language skills (a plus not required) and experience working across time zones in the Middle East or EMEA markets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative work with Disguise-like tools and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
• Experience in using Disguise or other media server solutions
• An understanding of Unreal Engine Notch Unity or other real-time 3D software.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position based either in UAE or KSA
• Ability to travel for on-site customer meetings scoping installation support or other business needs as required
• Occasional after-hours work may be required based on project needs.
