Position: Maintenance Shift leader
- Leading shift-based maintenance crew to implement the maintenance process and maintain the assets operation.
- Ensure all operations and maintenance activities are executed properly and in time.
- Focusing on Team performance and shift activities in accordance with the planned tasks.
- Manage and maintain the system / asset performance based on the maintenance activities.
- Assuring the team and asset compliancy for HSE standards.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree of (Electro-Mechanical) Engineering.
Key Experience:
- 5 years of Electro-mechanical Maintenance Knowledge
- 2 Years of Leading role with multidisciplinary functions
