Luxury 5* Hotel is looking for a professional and friendly Spa Therapist cum Receptionist to join their international team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant experience in the same position.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality spa treatments such as massages facials body treatments and other wellness services

Welcome clients and ensure excellent customer service

Manage front desk operations including appointments bookings and client records
-
Handle phone calls inquiries and walk-in customers professionally

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and reception area

Promote spa services packages and products
-
Handle payments billing and daily cash records
-
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:

Experience as a Spa Therapist and/or Receptionist

Knowledge of spa treatments and massage techniques
-
Good communication and customer service skills
-
Basic computer knowledge
-
Professional attitude and ability to multitask
