Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead and expand our IT business across the Western Region of KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Network Infrastructure and Data Centre solutions with a proven ability to drive sales growth manage key accounts and develop strategic channel partnerships.
This role requires a professional with strong technical understanding exceptional communication skills and a passion for solution-oriented sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business growth for Network Infrastructure and Data Centre Solutions across the Western Region.
- Identify develop and manage new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers system integrators and channel partners.
- Conduct solution-based sales presentations proposals and product demonstrations.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue and market share targets.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Pre-Sales Marketing and Operations for seamless project execution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts pipeline reports and performance updates.
Key Qualifications:
- 810 years of proven experience in sales of IT Networking and Data Centre products.
- Strong aptitude for solution selling with the ability to understand and address customer technical needs.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics Electrical Computer Science or Information Technology (Engineering background preferred).
- Demonstrated track record in Business Development Account Management and Channel Management.
- Strong work ethic self-motivated and committed to achieving business goals.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
