The role plays a key part in supporting business decisions ensuring compliance and maintaining financial stability across construction and project-based operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall financial management and reporting activities
- Manage cash flow liquidity and financial planning across projects
- Ensure compliance with VAT Zakat and other regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with banks including guarantees facilities and financing
- Prepare budgets forecasts and financial performance reports
- Monitor project financial performance and cost controls
- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic insights
- Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities
- Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management roles
- Experience in construction or project-based environments is preferred
- Strong knowledge of VAT Zakat and Saudi financial regulations
- Experience managing banking relationships and financial facilities
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
