On behalf of our client we are seeking an Administration & HR Manager is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and HR-related activities acting as a key point of contact between employees and management. The role includes managing employee affairs coordinating government transactions and ensuring smooth internal administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between employees and management
- Handle employee affairs records and documentation
- Follow up on government-related transactions and platforms
- Manage contracts renewals and employee documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support attendance leave management and administrative records
- Assist with basic HR tasks and internal coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in administration or HR support roles
- Experience handling government platforms (Qiwa GOSI Muqeem Absher Business)
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law basics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of Arabic and English
