Role: Senior Sales Engineer - RLC

Location: Doha Qatar

Contract: Permanent

Your Role:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities for DX HVAC equipment (Split VRF/VRV Package Units Rooftop Units etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants contractors developers and end users.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals quotations and tenders.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients.

Technical Support

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for DX HVAC systems.
Review project specifications drawings BOQs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with engineering and projects teams during execution and commissioning phases.

Market & Project Management

Track project pipelines from specification stage to order closing.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Participate in client meetings site visits and technical presentations.
Support marketing activities such as product launches and technical seminars.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years preferably 710 years of experience in HVAC sales with strong exposure to DX systems.
Proven experience dealing with consultants contractors and large projects.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC design standards and codes.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical and commercial acumen.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven with strong customer focus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Experience in Qatar market.
Existing network of HVAC consultants and contractors.
Knowledge of DX systems solutions.
