ملخص الوظيفة
Install assemble align and fit carbon steel stainless steel and alloy piping systems.
Read and interpret piping isometrics GA drawings and spool drawings.
Perform pipe cutting threading grinding beveling and fit-up activities.
Install valves flanges gaskets supports and pipe accessories.
Ensure proper pipe alignment slope elevation and support installation.
Assist welders during fit-up and ensure dimensional accuracy before welding.
Conduct line checking flushing and support hydro-testing activities as required.
Inspect materials for compliance with specifications before installation.
Follow HSE procedures PTW systems and use appropriate PPE at all times.
Coordinate with supervisors QC inspectors and engineers to resolve site issues.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe handling of tools and equipment.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma / Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Pipe Fitting.
Minimum 35 years of experience as a Mechanical Pipe Fitter in oil & gas or industrial projects.
Strong experience with CS SS and piping accessories.
Good knowledge of piping standards fittings and installation practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
should have a valid QID
