Job Opportunity: Assistant Country Manager Multi-Site Fitness Business
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 27000/month
We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing fitness businesses in Saudi Arabia to hire a highly capable hands-on Assistant Country Manager. This is a field-based high-impact role for someone who thrives on commercial performance operational excellence and leadership across multiple locations.
Role Overview:
As Assistant Country Manager you will work closely with the Country Manager driving sales coaching General Managers and ensuring operational consistency across all clubs. This is a highly visible role that requires energy resilience and a true passion for results.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Commercial Performance: Champion a sales-first culture across all clubs supporting GMs and senior teams on conversion pricing discipline and lead management.
On-the-Ground Leadership: Spend significant time in clubs across Saudi Arabia raising standards embedding best practices and challenging performance.
GM Coaching & Performance Management: Support stretch and hold GMs accountable including difficult conversations focused on results.
Operational Excellence: Partner with club leadership to ensure consistent delivery exceptional member experiences and alignment with brand standards.
Strategic Support: Act as a trusted right-hand to the Country Manager providing operational insight honest feedback from the field and support on strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven multi-site commercial leadership experience ideally in fitness leisure hospitality or high-volume consumer businesses.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a sales-led culture coach teams improve conversion and hold leaders accountable.
Resilient and committed with energy for a 23 year high-growth high-pressure period.
Direct credible and supportive leadership style able to challenge senior operators while earning respect through competence and delivery.
Ambitious and motivated by progression financial upside and long-term senior leadership opportunities.
This role is about finding my right-hand person. Youll be on the road in the clubs coaching General Managers and holding the line on performance. It will be intense and demandingbut the financial rewards and career growth are genuinely life-changing.
