About the Role: Senior Business Development
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (Part-Time) to support our growth in the Gulf market with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has proven experience in business development or business consulting strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Pipeline & Client Leadership
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Gulf market
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Conduct market research and identify new leads and partnerships
Prepare proposals presentations and business pitches
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Report regularly on sales pipeline performance and market insights
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record (1-2 years) in B2B business development or sales leadership preferably within localization translation language services or Business Consultations.
Strong commercial and strategic mindset with demonstrable experience in complex proposal development pricing and contract negotiation.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
Confident communicator and presenter experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
Practical experience with CRM systems MS Office and sales reporting tools; comfortable analyzing data to drive decisions.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultural contexts.
Customer-focused resilient and highly organizedable to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent results under pressure.
Experience in coaching or leading more junior team members is desirable.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Previous experience in Business Development preferably within Business Consulting
Saudi nationality is preferred or Arabs who have lived and worked in Saudi Arabia for a long period
Strong understanding of the Saudi / Gulf business environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
English Proficiency: Full Professional Proficiency
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
