5. Quote-to-Order Process Management Proficient in identifying/resolving process blockers and coordinating with Channels Account Executives Deals Desk and Finance teams.
6. CRM & Sales Hygiene Management Ensuring CRM data accuracy and maintaining sales process hygiene.
7. Process Documentation & Playbook Contribution Creating/updating Sales Operations playbooks SOPs and process improvements.
8. Sales Forecasting & Reporting Capable of accurate forecasting reporting and providing actionable dashboard insights.
9. Cross-functional Stakeholder Management Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective stakeholder alignment.

- Lead and manage sales operations for Hitech customers.
- Oversee the quote to order process including CPQ workflows deal evaluation and adherence to pricing/ARR governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Channels AE Deals Desk Finance) to resolve issues and ensure process efficiency.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and sales process quality.
- Develop and update process documentation SOPs and contribute to the Sales Ops playbook.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting reporting and dashboard insights to support business decisions.
- Provide analysis to interpret sales data solve problems and offer recommendations.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders both internally and with customers.
