Job Title: Commercial Manager – Textile Industry

Job Location: Qatar
Industry: Textile / Garments / Uniforms / Apparel Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the textile industry to manage and oversee all commercial contractual and financial aspects of the business. The role focuses on pricing contracts cost control profitability and client negotiations while ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall commercial operations including contracts pricing budgeting and profitability
Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with market trends and company margins
Review negotiate and finalize contracts tenders and commercial agreements
Coordinate with sales business development production and procurement teams
Monitor costing margins and financial performance of projects and orders
Prepare commercial proposals quotations and tender submissions
Ensure compliance with company policies contractual terms and local regulations
Handle claims variations and dispute resolution with clients and vendors
Analyze market trends competitor pricing and customer requirements
Prepare commercial reports forecasts and presentations for senior management

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Finance Business Administration or Textile Management
Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial management role within the textile or garment industry
Strong understanding of textile costing pricing and contract management
Experience handling B2B institutional and government clients
Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills
Strong knowledge of ERP systems budgeting and financial controls
GCC / Qatar experience preferred
