Position overview:

The position covering production planning and customer service activities. This position receives Customer schedules adds planning data enters the packages into the companys MRP system copies assembles distributes finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Receive & Analyze Customer Orders
• Communicate with customers about orders by telephone email and videoconferencing (Increase Decrease Mixt feasibility capacity Constraints RM constraints)
• Update coverage report on daily basis.
• Prepare the shipment plan (Direct Customers and Indirect Customers through advanced Warehouse)
• Daily follow up of shipments & transit locations between Lear and Customers.
• Ensure Sales Integration in the System
• Ensure JIT delivery and level of stock defined on the advanced warehouses.
• Investigating and solving customers problems which may be complex or long-standing problems

Planning:

• Prepare the planning based on the Priorities given by customers (Planning Twice per Week)
• Monitors analyzes and reports performance to schedule of production activities utilizing information derived from System material situation and Operations (Coverage Report)
• Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage the production schedule through Medium term planning (L-base Capacity).
• Monitor quality service and delivery issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes.
• Participate in project milestone meetings through QTS meeting.

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Bac5 with at least 2 years of experience within an automotive Industry
• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
• Solid understanding on Supply Chain Logistics
• Highly effective communication skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in both English & French languages spoken and written
