Job Summary

Start your career development and become Tetra Paks next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in September 2026! Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position at our site in Lahore - Pakistan. You will onboard in an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to specific projects and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do

  • Support Services Director and Services Sales team in the preparation of Services sales strategy including analyzing Services sales opportunities using internal data sources (such as for example Services Sales Pipeline CRM Salesforce Power BI report Services NS etc.)
  • Support Services Sales Forecasting: Use historical data and market/opportunities analysis (Services Sales Pipeline CRM Power BI report) to identify future sales potential.
  • Do Reporting: Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the teamand management.
  • Perform Market Analysis: knowledge of market conditions competitors and Services categories to provide actionable insights.
  • Follow up overall Services sales performance by using CRM - Salesforce guide Services Leads and Opportunities in CRM
  • Work together with Services sales team (SKAMs Services Sales Managers and Inside Sales Managers) and with other stakeholders.
  • Potential rotations throughout the program and assigned tasks in the other teams.

We believe you have

  • We believe you are a person with passion energy and curiosity who inspire others with your enthusiasm!
  • You have completed education in Economics Business Administration or engineering (Graduated in 2025-2026)
  • You are fluent in English written and spoken.
  • You have good communications skills written and spoken.
  • You have a collaborative approach building relations and networks comes natural to you. You enjoy working in an international environment.
  • You have analytical skills but are also business oriented.
  • Previous international studies and/or work experience are considered meritorious.
  • You have an innovative mindset; you are a fast thinker and you like to solve problems.
