Join our Medical Affairs team as a Medical Lead with a main focus on field presence and be the trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals driving scientific exchange education and evidence generation that supports better patient care.

Your new role
As an Medical Lead you will build and maintain strong scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) provide scientific support and help advance our scientific dialogue .
Daytoday you will:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs to gather clinical insights and foster collaboration aligned with medical objectives.
  • Provide accurate balanced and uptodate scientific information to HCPs and respond to medical enquiries with evidencebased guidance.
  • Plan and execute scientific engagement activities such as advisory boards symposia and educational meetings; support medical education initiatives.
  • Work crossfunctionally with clinical development regulatory market access and commercial teams to ensure consistent scientific messaging and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Your new department
You will be part of the Medical Affairs function working closely with colleagues across clinical development regulatory affairs market access and commercial teams. The department focuses on scientific exchange and ensuring that healthcare professionals have access to accurate medical information to support patient care.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • BSc or higher in a life science or medical discipline (e.g. MD PharmD. Pharmacy)
  • Minimum 23 years experience in a Medical Medical Affair/s rolemedically oriented commercial role within a multinational pharmaceutical company (or equivalent clinical experience).
  • Excellent scientific and clinical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex data clearly to HCPs.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and HCP stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for scientific meetings and advisory boards.
  • Experience supporting clinical trials and/or RWE initiatives is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office; comfort with digital engagement tools and virtual scientific platforms.
  • Ability to work independently travel as required and manage a fieldbased role responsibly and compliantly.
