Dash-Recruits is exclusively hiring a Content Creator for one of the most influential NGOs in the region a mission-driven organization that has recently expanded into the F&B space launching a flagship restaurant and planning six new locations locally and internationally.
This is not a typical social media role.
This is a seat at the heart of purpose people and growth.
You will tell stories that move hearts.
You will capture moments that create impact.
You will shape how thousands experience a brand that blends social good with hospitality.
We are looking for someone who is quick perky culturally tuned-in and emotionally intelligent. Someone who understands influence. Someone who knows what stops the scroll. Someone who has lived both worlds NGO and F&B and knows how to translate meaning into momentum.
Youllbe in-house embedded in the action working from the head office in Ashrafieh across community programs kitchens restaurants teams and stories that matter.

- Daily content creation across social platforms
- Capturing real moments real people real impact
- Storytelling for both NGO initiatives and F&B brands
- Supporting launches campaigns and growth milestones
- Shaping tone rhythm and emotional connection with the audience
- Elevating the brand to its next chapter
Who you are
- Fast intuitive and culturally sharp
- Experienced in NGO and F&B environments
- Comfortable with camera phone edits captions and trends
- Emotionally aware you know how to tell stories with heart
- Obsessed with relevance reach and resonance
- Someone who feels what people want to see before they even know it
- This role is for a creator who wants their work to matter not just perform.
