The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns that drive bookings and high-value leads for our luxury properties. You will be responsible for translating our Luxury Awaits brand promise into high-performing ads across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta Google Search/Display LinkedIn and TikTok) to reach high-net-worth individuals.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate a monthly budget to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lower the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced segmenting to reach travelers interested in premium boutique stays.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs daily including conversion rates cost-per-lead and click-through rates providing weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with our creative team to ensure ad copy and visuals reflect the timeless elegance and regal charm of the Locanda brand.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test landing pages ad formats and messaging to optimize for 24/7 global lead generation.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 3 years of experience in digital media buying specifically for luxury brands high-end real estate or premium hospitality.
- Data-Obsessed: You thrive on analytics and have a proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Globally Minded: You understand the nuances of international luxury markets (MENA Europe and North America).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Ads Manager Meta Business Suite and advanced tracking tools (GA4 GTM).
- Self-Starter: You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and can manage deadlines across different time zones.
