HVAC / CRAC Technician
Job Title: HVAC / CRAC Technician
Job Location: Al Sailiya Qatar
Industry: Construction
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC / CRAC Technician
-
Construction industry experience is mandatory
Eligibility
-
Applicant must be locally available in Qatar
-
Must hold a valid Freelance Visa
Job Responsibilities
-
Install modify maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems including hermetic and semi-hermetic units
-
Handle air conditioning ventilation CRAC units and environmental control systems
-
Perform installation and maintenance of process coolers ice machines evaporative cooling systems and air compressors
-
Work on reverse osmosis and related cooling systems where applicable
-
Carry out complex installation tasks involving assembly testing calibration and adjustment of temperature and environmental control systems
-
Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic controls DDC systems and building management/control systems (BMS)
-
Support installation and servicing of air distribution systems and dual equipment cooling systems
-
Ensure all work complies with site safety rules construction standards and project specifications
-
Diagnose faults perform corrective actions and complete maintenance reports
Key Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of HVAC CRAC and refrigeration systems
-
Experience with control systems and instrumentation
-
Ability to read technical drawings schematics and manuals
-
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Familiar with construction site operations and safety practices
