Connectalents the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring Telesales in New Cairo for a Canadian-based organization that offers a variety of cruise experiences including Caribbean Alaska Mediterranean and Mexico cruises.

Job Scope:

The Telesales is responsible for selling cruises vacations assisting clients with booking processes and providing expert advice on destinations itineraries and travel requirements. This role requires strong sales skills in-depth knowledge of cruise lines and ships and excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in travel sales or customer service (Fresh Grads are most welcome to apply).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is a must (B2 C1)
Knowledge of cruise destinations itineraries and cruise lines is a plus.
