We are seeking a creative strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead the pre-opening and launch of all marketing branding and communication initiatives for Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort.
This senior leadership role is responsible for building the brand identity creating awareness and driving demand across all channels while supporting the sales strategy and establishing both resorts in the market from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all pre-opening marketing planning including brand positioning marketing strategy campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital social media PR advertising and events to drive awareness and bookings.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team providing guidance mentoring and performance management.
Collaborate closely with Sales Revenue Management F&B and Operations to ensure marketing campaigns align with commercial objectives.
Establish the resorts brand identity and guidelines ensuring all marketing materials reflect Tivolis luxury positioning and Avanis contemporary lifestyle brand.
Identify target audiences market segments and key distribution channels to maximize reach and impact.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and guest insights to inform marketing strategies and measure ROI.
Manage marketing budgets vendor relationships and campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum impact.
Plan and execute pre-opening launch campaigns soft openings media events and influencer partnerships to create buzz and awareness.
Track analyze and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
This role is ideal for a pre-opening marketing leader with hospitality experience creative vision and the ability to establish strong brand presence and demand for luxury and lifestyle resorts from launch day.
Qualifications :
To fulfil this role successfully you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) Years of Hotel Marketing Experience.
- Good command of English required.
- College degree preferred.
- Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform critical analysis.
