We are looking for energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate and nurture sales leads for the middle east region. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams you will develop new business leads by a mix of warm and cold calling.

As a Business Development Representative you will have an amazing opportunity to be part of the growth team for generating business for the entire sales team.

What Youll Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through various channels strategic outreach including calls emails and social media.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the middle east market.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of the BDR toolkit including CRM software and sales intelligence tools to outperform expectations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide market feedback to shape future strategies

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For
Our ideal candidate is driven ambitious determined persistent and will thrive in an organisation where excellence is the norm.

You will have:

  • A dedicated professional with at least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Proficiency in the BDR toolkit for success: Outreach CRM Sales Navigator Zoominfo or similar tools.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand enterprise IT solutions products and market dynamics.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
