About the role:
As a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator at Hamad.M Alruagib Co. you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of our fleet. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our vehicles are safe reliable and compliant with regulations
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all vehicles in the fleet
Coordinate with internal departments to prioritize maintenance activities based on operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance repairs and inspections.
Collaborate with drivers and operational staff to address maintenance concerns promptly
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize fleet performance
Candidate requirements:
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or Expert related field.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
