Devoteam is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design development and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on delivering high-performing scalable and efficient applications collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM HRSD SecOps CSM etc.) including workflows UI policies business rules client scripts and integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs conduct workshops and translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain system stability security and performance including upgrades patches platform enhancements and instance optimization.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (LDAP Active Directory third-party tools) and leverage IntegrationHub and automation capabilities to streamline workflows.
- Mentor and support junior team members conduct code reviews enforce best practices and provide training on ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations including senior-level responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development customization and integrations.
- Expert in JavaScript Glide API UI Policies Business Rules Client Scripts Flow Designer Workflows.
- Experience delivering multi-module ServiceNow projects and mentoring teams.
- Strong stakeholder management consulting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Agile/Scrum certification
