Responsibilities:
Lead mentor train and develop the Solutions Consultants that you lead support the individuals on the team perform to the best of their abilities
Develop and execute Solutions Consulting selling strategiesacross different industry verticals likePublicsectorFSi Travel&Hospitality Retail and othersand find opportunities for process improvements
Serve as an inspiring leader and guidethe teamonboth established &cutting edgetechnologies likeGenerative and Agentic AI Marketing AutomationContent & AssetscalingWorkflowmanagementCustomer data &personalisedjourneysand others
Implement and measure the use of Value Selling and the Adobe demomethodologystrategies in sales engagements
Mentor and coach individual performance deliver constructive feedback and build development plans to address any deficiencies
Drive the team to be more innovative and develop ideas that drives the right customer experience
Run resourcing activities ensurereportinghygiene& buildreports to analyse teams efficiency and how it can be improved
Work in close alignment with otherpre salesleaders in other regions to align on and executepre salesstrategy for the MEA region
Work closely with the sales organisation to ensure we are engaging effectively in sales opportunities and ensuring efficient resourcing of Solutions Consultants
Be the sales organisations technical voice to sales management product managementsupportand engineering.
Engage with customers during the sales cycle and in the post sales phase to act asa sponsor forcustomer success& value realisation
Develop a business partner relationship with the aligned Sales leader engage in regular meetings to help resolve how we can work effectively as a team
Work closely withcross functionalteams like partner management&marketingtodeliver industry events andseminarsto build and progress pipeline
Desired Skills and Experience
Over 8 years ofdemonstratedexperience as a pre-sales/Solutions Consultant in the software industry.
5years experienceas a people manager with the capability to mentor and grow a high-achieving team ideally in the Middle East.
Proficiencyin Arabic language and experience working in the Middle East and Africa regions
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to guide and present to a varied audience.
Exceptional coordination organization and team-building abilities.
Ability to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audience
A strong senseof urgency creativity field and passion for driving strategic pre-sales engagements.
Strong interpersonal presentation and communication skills capable of clearly conveying technical and business information.
