- Lead and manage the reservations team providing guidance training and support to achieve departmental goals
- Oversee daily reservations operations implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance
- Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with revenue management sales and front office teams to align reservation strategies with overall business objectives
- Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve escalated customer issues
- Generate and analyze reports on reservations performance providing insights to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and standards
Qualifications :
What you bring to the table:
A service-oriented personality is essential; experience in dealing with guests/customers is an advantage.
You have experience working with Opera or a similar system.
You have excellent interpersonal/social skills and are very solution-oriented.
You have very good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
