ملخص الوظيفة
Job Brief:
Maintain IT operations install services and monitor systems to ensure availability to all users and also perform necessary actions to support ABS clients and employees as well.
Understanding of Windows server (including virtualization) network operations and SAP system to be able to diagnose and resolve the related issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintain and administrate the computer systems for ABS employees inside and outside the office (Windows OS MS office Local Printers etc.)
2. Provide support for ABS Client with SAP related issues
3. Perform SAP system installation and upgrade for both SQL and HANA database platforms
4. Monitor the Application and Database servers resources
5. Perform database Backups and Recovery Operations
6. Implement security measures to protect data software and hardware.
7. Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
8. Maintain email applications or virus protection software.
9. Perform daily Health check for SAP Servers also Database Backup check
10. Provide the support via phone calls e-mails remote access and site visits (if required) to our clients.
11. Handle the tickets based on our SLA to ensure client satisfaction
Academic Requirements
BSc in Computer Engineering Computer Science or any relevant field
MCSA CCNA Certificates is a plus
