Guide crane operators and vehicle drivers during lifting loading unloading and reversing operations.
Use standard hand signals and communication methods to ensure safe movement of loads and equipment.
Monitor surrounding areas to prevent accidents and ensure pedestrian and equipment safety.
Assist in maintaining safe lifting zones and compliance with approved lifting plans.
Report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.
Requirements
Valid Banksman / Slinger Certification.
Minimum 24 years of experience as a Banksman in industrial construction or oil & gas projects.
Strong knowledge of hand signals lifting operations and site safety procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work closely with crane operators and rigging teams.
